Maxine has been a long-time stalker and defamer and is part of the criminal FPDU group I notice she's very anti-Meghan also her posts demonstrate that!!

She regularly supports the FPDU group in trolling posts about my issue on other Facebook media sites such as The Daily Star, The Portsmouth News, and ... before I've even completed demonstrating the 12 months of abuse her and the FPDU group have inflicted upon my family and I Maxine decides to NOT FOLLOW instructions and send me an email herself instead of a Lawyer; further creating a Federal Offence.

Criminal Action under Queensland Law
Section 359B of Chapter 33A of the Queensland Criminal Code defines unlawful stalking as (a) intentionally directed at a person; (b) engaged in on any 1 occasion; and (c) consisting of 1 or more acts of the following, or a similar, type.
Section 359B(c)(iii) - contacting a person in any way, including, for example, by telephone, mail, fax, email or through the use of any technology;
Section 359B(c)(v) - giving offensive material to a person, directly or indirectly; and
Section 359B(c)(vi) - an intimidating, harassing or threatening act against a person, whether or not involving violence or a threat of violence;
Furthermore, under Section 359B(d)(ii) her action - causes detriment, reasonably arising in all the circumstances, to the stalked person or another person.
Offence under Australian Federal Law
A person commits an offence if they use a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, according to the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). A carriage service is defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) as ‘a service for carrying communications by means for guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy’, pursuant to s7 of the Act. In simple terms, this could be taken to refer to social media communications, emails, text messages and calls.

- Who is this "Simion Dorente Day" to which you refer?
- Are you in a position to PROVE I'm making "false accusations"? Otherwise, its defamation! or are you relying on "hearsay" i.e. third hand gossip.
- The Day family, alleged Pinder family, and Royal Family can all use Lawyers! I'm sure King Charles doesn't need your assistance nor involvement.
- You've spent 12 months going out of your way to globally stalk, insult, harass and menace my wife, my family and I - What gives you the right to think you can do so?
- Don't bother with "Regards" because you have NO regard for my privacy, adoption LAW, well-being, or reputation - your acts are evidence of that!
- Your last statement is poorly written and confusing but your approach to Meghan Mountbatten-Windsor and my wife clearly demonstrates the racial ideals that is foundational in your thinking - as does your Kangaroo comment. This also reflects badly upon your character you do know about the Racial Discrimination Act I assume.
Finally, who are you? I've never met you, spoken to you or had anything to do with you! I didn't see you anywhere around me in England when I was growing up, you weren't there when Karen spoke to me (neither was Lorraine or Amanda or Sarah). Ask yourself this - Is Amanda going to be in Court to defend YOUR actions? Is Lorraine going to pay your Bail? How are you going to feel when you have to explain to a judge why you think you had the right to do what you are doing?
In fact, ALL the actions that you and your group have taken are criminally illegal and you all act like butter wouldn't melt in your mouth. Go spit your venom elsewhere!
