Background
Ms. Pumba first came to my attention when she sent my personal profile a message
As you can see, I blocked her profile before she had a chance to retract the message on Saturday 17th September 2022.
Wanem you want to know for? What business is it of yours? As the FPDU can inform you I have already stated this publicly, so you obviously have not researched much of my story in your quest for answers.
Anyway, my wife and I debated how or whether to bother responding and thought No, Dory Evan's wasn't worth the trouble!
After I blocked her, she headed over to the Seaman Dan Appreciation Group and started looking for trouble over there and posting nasty comments and disrespectfully laughing at posts there.
On the 21st September my wife sent her a message asking why she needed to know our surname and how she could find out.
The sarcasm is evident in her response moreover, when I jumped on to Elvianna's inbox and explained to her how she was stalking
She failed to notice the "I'm" and "My"! As she demonstrates in her response here
Pumba - I just explained that or did you miss it?? Anyway, to clarify - here's some of your breaches for YOUR action(s).
Criminal Action under Queensland Law
Section 359B of Chapter 33A of the Queensland Criminal Code defines unlawful stalking as (a) intentionally directed at a person; (b) engaged in on any 1 occasion; and (c) consisting of 1 or more acts of the following, or a similar, type.
Section 359B(c)(iii) - contacting a person in any way, including, for example, by telephone, mail, fax, email or through the use of any technology;
Section 359B(c)(v) - giving offensive material to a person, directly or indirectly; and
Section 359B(c)(vi) - an intimidating, harassing or threatening act against a person, whether or not involving violence or a threat of violence;
Furthermore, under Section 359B(d)(ii) her action - causes detriment, reasonably arising in all the circumstances, to the stalked person or another person.
Offence under Australian Federal Law
A person commits an offence if they use a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, according to the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). A carriage service is defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) as ‘a service for carrying communications by means for guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy’, pursuant to s7 of the Act. In simple terms, this could be taken to refer to social media communications, emails, text messages and calls.
Now having to deal with her issue made me 30mins late for an appointment so I went over to look at her profile, which being public had the following
You can see, she is a Food and Gaming attendant at the Bowen Hotel, so I rang the Bowen Hotel to speak to her. However, she wasn't at work so I did have a conversation with the Manager of the Hotel about her action(s). I did state I would ring the Bowen Police but instead I've passed this along to the Police Ministers office as further evidence of what we are enduring!
Whilst on her public profile I noticed the image she publicly displayed here - you can see when she posted it! Since speaking to her Manager she has made the photo private but it's still there
Now, we all like a good laugh, me especially, but as my wife Dr. Elvianna identifies:
"Both you and I are fully aware of the adoption processes in the Torres Straits. None of the adopted children would appreciate an image like this done on them and their biological parents. What gives them the right to do it to you."
Exactly, and I'm well aware of the cultural lore's surrounding traditional adoption in the Torres Strait. I'm also well aware of what would happen to people in community if this was done to them - No act and Style - What do you actually know about my life Pumba?
I noticed also the next day that people want to come and put their five bob in and express their legal opinion of what occurred when they don't know and are NOT qualified to do so. Geddem there now - Big Gal be gor look for trouble - she found it!!
Which subsequently led to angry faces of displeasure on the Princely page here which I just snipped.
One final thing Pumba can you clarify exactly how you so precisely know that there's 3.1k people stalking me?? You in the FPDU as well?
