You need to be done first, before the rest, even Lorraine.
What makes you think you have a) the right to do what you are doing; and b) Where do you think you are going to hide when the truth is shown of what you and your group of trolls are about and why you’re really doing it. Now you and I know the truth, you know there is NOTHING wrong with my memory, there are however, numerous inaccuracies in what you’re doing, Lorraine’s lies, and misrepresentation will come unwound in Court. Don’t be deceived, if I was in the UK right now you would already be in Court defending your criminal behaviour if not already behind bars. Hiding under the skirt of Facebook and Reddit and lying will only sustain your for so long.
Now, firstly, you choose not to come and visit Nanan the day Karen, our adopted mother, and I went to see her. Purchasing a new set of boots for your pending motorbike excursion (and new squeeze) was more important – as I remember, correct me if I’m wrong! I can’t forget it because I had to listen to Karen all the way to the Hospital bitching about how you “can’t keep any money in your pocket” and how you “borrowed off her all the time but paid it back” how you “never had any consideration for Mum and Dad’s costs”. I could go on but you, unlike Lorraine and the rest, know very well what she was like. So do ALL the Day family and the community of Cosham, Drayton, and Farlington to the degree that they refer to her as “Mrs. Bouquet” from Keeping Up Appearances although never to her face. It was a big joke in the Day family about how Karen treated, bullied, and overpowered David. I didn’t think it was so funny, she tried treating me the same, I know how he felt, she robbed me of a Father and stripped him of any moral decency. What gave her the power and right to do so? What action did David do to deserve that? Why did he hate me so much and not you?
Now, we’ve established that you weren’t there the day Nanan told me. Nor were you privy to what the Dr. said to Karen and how she betrayed her own Mother before my eye’s! So, don’t be going telling the world what you don’t know. In fact, you weren’t there many times, places and events. Like for example, where were you when Mum used to drag me around all the saloons and customers we went too! That’s right you were in School. So, you don’t know where we went, who we saw, or who we met. You know very little and certainly weren’t their when mum, nanan, grandad and I discussed my business. You also weren’t inside my head experiencing it all and recording it. Now, you can lie to people about my eye colour, but I have, and am the proof. I know and lived the events and I don’t recall you being a part of it or even caring. So, why the sudden interest? When I asked you about these issues in 1998 you dismissed and swept them under the carpet. I knew then there was no point in talking to you about what you deny, forgot, push aside, or weren’t a part off.
The truth is you are still denying who you are! When you saw what Karen did to me, and how she treated me, for wanting to know the truth about our Birth parents you suddenly didn’t want to know anymore! You were afraid of her and couldn’t even find your voice until she passed! Why are you suddenly all up in my adoption business when you have your own. I don’t go sharing your adoption information and photos what gives you the right to think you can about mine? Karen abused you too – you know that, and I know that; the Day family knows that and so did many in the community! Is that what they want to hide? People already knew and still do! Why did they sleep in separate beds? Did that happen before or after I arrived? Or was it something to do with you?? The Day family always wanted to know too - maybe you can explain that one? His own brother states David was a very different person to the one you and I knew until I came along - why is that? What happened in that house?
Now it might have been all "picking pussy willow and catkins in the spring and run through crunchy leaves in the autumn" for you Princess but it sure as hell wasn't for me. It certainly wasn't a Hippy commune by any stretch of the imagination. Were you there on Sundays when I went from a 6am Newspaper round, to Choir at the Church, to the allotment with Grandad, back at home by lunch to help Nanan with the cooking? No, you were still in bed or out swanning with your men. You weren't there when Grandad and I stopped gardening, had a smoke, and yarned about his old times. You weren't there when he took me to Portsmouth prison. You also weren't there when Karen kicked me around the dining room floor for getting secondhand boots for Naval Cadets. You weren't there a lot of the time.
Now my family have asked me to make it clear to you to STOP talking like your family - because you aren't. You haven't bothered to be for the past 30 odd years, why start now! Don't pretend you cared or even knew what was happening in our life because you didn't, and you don't. You've published false claims and gossip from other people and don't even know this to be true. You, deliberately paint a false picture with no regard to the consequences. You and Lorraine have incited people to hurt your alleged nephews and nieces - you are NO SISTER of mine and never will be. Stay out of what isn't your business and stop playing charades because it's the only thing you can do. I await eagerly ANY legal request from you because you will be answering to what you have done with intent to cause harm. When you should of and could have taken the legal avenue, you choose not to. Instead, you group up with a bunch of trolls and thugs, who you don't know from Adam and TRY to defame me on social media. With NO REGARD for safety or well-being. How are you going to defend your claims and accusations? I have proof, I've done the Official thing, you haven't that's why I am where I am, and you're not. Stop acting like you know us or ever cared, you're the one who needs counseling for what David did to you, not me - I've dealt with that and moved on! Why I used the Day name is my business and I said it's for all the hard-work they put in to keep me educated, fed, and alive BUT it ends there, the surname is all they deserve.
Now in regard to this one "The house on Portsdown Hill where Simon says he was taken to visit a lady who he believed was Lady Camilla, was in fact the home of one of my school friends." How would you know? You weren't there! No, it wasn't, I know which house that was and please explain why I had to go to your friend's house? Couldn't you be trusted? You never came to mine! What was that all about? If you listen to the B105 interview I describe quite clearly the rank of the Officer in the room. You better check your friends Dad's rank at the time because it wasn't that - I know that. See, you don't even know to which house I refer! Back in 1998 right under your eyes and nose, and without you knowing, I went to the Portsmouth Council Office and researched who owned the house I refer too. As I have previously stated it has now been sold privately but WAS owned by the MoD and rented to Naval Officers serving at or based in and around Portsmouth at the time. NOT your friend's house.

Criminal Action under Queensland Law
1. Conspiracy:
Chapter 56 of Part 7 of the Queensland Criminal Code 1899 defines Conspiracy. Under section 543(1) any person who conspires with another to affect any of the purposes following, including:
Clause 543(1)(b) - to cause any injury to the person or reputation of any person;
Clause 543(1)(d) - to injure any person in the person’s trade or profession;
Clause 543(1)(f) - to effect any unlawful purpose; and
Clause 543(1)(g) - to effect any lawful purpose by any unlawful means
is guilty of a misdemeanor and is liable to imprisonment for 3 years.
Therefore, this applies to ALL the members of the two private groups that they utilise to organise attacks, coerce people, and incite hatred against the Dorante-Day family are guilty of conspiracy. As are, those people they have worked with through the Portsmouth News and the Daily Star (Reach PLC).
2. Criminal Defamation:
Chapter 35 of Part 5 of the Queensland Criminal Code 1899 defines Criminal Defamation. Under section 365(1) any person who, without lawful excuse, publishes matter defamatory of another living person (a) knowing the matter to be false or without having regard to whether the matter is true or false; and (b) intending to cause serious harm to the relevant person or any other person or without having regard to whether serious harm to the relevant person or any other person is caused;
commits a misdemeanor, penalty 3 years imprisonment.
3. Unlawful Stalking:
Section 359B of Chapter 33A of the Queensland Criminal Code defines unlawful stalking as (a) intentionally directed at a person; (b) engaged in on any 1 occasion; and (c) consisting of 1 or more acts of the following, or a similar, type.
Section 359B(c)(iii) - contacting a person in any way, including, for example, by telephone, mail, fax, email or through the use of any technology;
Section 359B(c)(v) - giving offensive material to a person, directly or indirectly; and
Section 359B(c)(vi) - an intimidating, harassing or threatening act against a person, whether or not involving violence or a threat of violence;
Section 359B(d)(ii) - that causes detriment, reasonably arising in all the circumstances, to the stalked person or another person.
is under Section 359E(2) - guilty of a crime, penalty 5 years imprisonment.

Offence under Australian Federal Law
A person commits an offence if they use a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, according to the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). A carriage service is defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) as, "a service for carrying communications by means for guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy", pursuant to section 7 of the Act.
In simple terms, this could be taken to refer to social media communications, emails, text messages and calls.
