Now Lorraine, you can't back-peddle just because you don't like what Richard Bentley did - Because that's all it is - an attempt to disassociate from Mr. Bentley's action(s) but you forget - YOU created and fed that Monster! Your action(s) have consequences. They’re not accusations Lorraine they’re FACTs something you are utterly unfamiliar with. However, thank you for your admission of being the administrator of both the FPDU page and the “discussion” group (you really should get solid legal advice). Sadly, for you it’s not that easy to flip the blame away of what you incite people to do by misinforming them of the FACTs, illegally publishing private documents, filling people’s heads with defamatory statements, and a one-sided perspective that is mis-informed at best. Legally, in Australia (where you reside Lorraine) the High Court has clearly determined in Fairfax Media Publications Pty Ltd v Voller, who is responsible, the Facebook page administrator, or publisher, you (and Reddit). Don’t worry you’ll get your chance to explain why you think you had the right to do what you have done to a judge, as they all will, and it will be sooner than what you think. Are you even aware of the possible defences you have? Because they’re quite limited so you better get up to speed.
I know you’ve all convinced yourselves with your lies, to each other, that you’re presenting the truth, but for one minute have a look at your next paragraph! How much evidence do you think I have on the action(s) of you and your followers doing exactly what you say you don’t? How many of the fans, followers, and even personal family and friends (because you didn’t know who they were) have sent me evidence of your followers doing exactly that! In fact, many of them have been insulted and abused by them, by you, and even Amanda in the process.
The venom they spew comes from you, Tracie, and Amanda – nowhere else – you all opted for the illegal rather than the legal approach and then make out and pretend that your hard done by, when you came looking for it! Now, you can’t leave it alone. Why even publish this admission statement because that’s all it is? Who do you think you are fooling? Who are you trying to convince? Yourselves? Because people on the outside looking in see exactly what you’re doing!
You claim, “The only thing we encourage is correcting public posts”. No, you undertake Public defamation and mob attacks as you demonstrated on the Daily Star page (image below) before their inaccurate defamation was unpublished. You’ve also done similar on the Portsmouth News article before their inaccurate defamation was unpublished. You’ve also done it on many media pages globally across Facebook, on Twitter, YouTube, and on the WWW. Anywhere, in fact, where articles about me are published. What you are really doing is bullying people with your lies, misinformation, and defamation. Take this example from the Daily Star, you can see the date stamp. Now Leanne Robinson is one of yours – bullying Olga (not one of mine a member of the public) – in combination with Christine Saunders (another one of yours), Tracie Hancox (another one of yours), and liked (in-action) by many of your Mob. Now, is that your document to share Leanne? Were you in the Court? Are you a Lawyer? Have you seen any documentation from the Court (I know you can’t have because a) of what you incorrectly state, and b) because its locked and sealed to parties ONLY)! Your statement is a total fallacy, and I am not blocked from serving anything on anybody including Charles and Camilla. What evidence of mine, and particularly from the case to which you refer have you seen (Nothing)? Your statement amounts to one thing – Defamation based on hearsay and gossip!
Christine Saunders how do you know that’s true? What was the High Court Matter about? Can you explain it? Were you there? Are you a Lawyer? Again – Defamation because you don’t know.
Here’s more defamation from Christine – and of course what would she know Firsthand? Nothing because she wasn’t there. However, Christine I consider my Grandmother raised me and I’ll be more than happy to explain why in a Court room, you coming? I was NOT adopted at 8 weeks – that’s your version – I’m sticking to the one MY Adopted mother told ME, which you’ve heard Karen say (not that you’d know what she sounds like because YOU never heard her voice), 8 Months and “officially” as you demonstrate illegally by sharing my adoption certificate globally - 6 months. I was NOT christened at 10 weeks again factually incorrect. Moreso, because if you think about it, I can’t be christened UNTIL I’m adopted, duh! Most Importantly, I am NOT on any watch list under UK FTAC, QFTAC, or anything else and if I was how would you know anyway? Defamation, Lies, Lies, and Lies. Neither do I immediately block and threaten people for having an opinion on my page have a look at the comment streams for yourself. The only people who get reported (not threatened) to authorities are people such as yourself who are intentionally doing the wrong thing, being arrogant, rude, and/or insulting other people on the page. Not that it really matters because what I do on my page is my business as I suggested to all of you at the start go and make a page on your business about you – not about me and mine.
Tracie Hancox where do you get your information from? Second and third hand from Amanda and others which means you don’t KNOW; you never saw or witnessed ANYTHING for yourself. In fact, you know very little first-hand we can all see that from your statement. Stop saying I’m your brother because I’m NOT and you don’t KNOW whether I am, that’s a LIE. Stop talking about my children because you don’t care about them which is clearly displayed in your actions “You silly little woman”. Stop making statements like “For Mr & Mrs SDD's children [Which is legally NONE of your business]. I want them to stop filling their children's heads full of absurd illusions that they are somehow related to royalty and be allowed to lead a 'normal' life.” How do you know what sort of life they lead? What is “Normal”? How do you know how my children and I interact? Are you aware our Home Schooling is monitored and assessed every year by the Queensland Department of Education? Don’t you think they would notice if something was wrong or if I was delusional? Are you even capable of doing what I do as a parent? Have you ever seen any of them? Have you ever spoken to any of them? Where do you get off! This is NOT your business – you weren’t adopted I was. It’s my adoption business not yours nor Amanda’s. Ask yourself this question how would you like someone to go through your life like you all have with mine?
You say public – no it’s not, and it wasn’t, and it shouldn’t be – you made it so. Did it ever occur to your teeny tiny brain that the reason the media don’t want to publish your tripe is because a) they have seen proof that what you say is not FACT; and b) they can’t because to do so would leave them vulnerable to being sued, fined, and publicly embarrassed because it’s not FACT. They are forced to adhere to the Publishing Laws that you are not, that’s why you were anonymous, as you state, because of your apparent “fear” of being sued. So, you know what you are doing is wrong, and you show NO FEAR of being sued and NO RESPECT for the law. Nor for the well-being of my wife, my children, and I. Being sued isn’t reflective of the level of crime you’ve committed, nor will it stop this behaviour – The only suitable penalty for your level of crime, and the only way to stop it, is incarceration. Don’t worry you won’t be alone.
Criminal Action under Queensland Law
1. Conspiracy:
Chapter 56 of Part 7 of the Queensland Criminal Code 1899 defines Conspiracy. Under section 543(1) any person who conspires with another to affect any of the purposes following, including:
Clause 543(1)(b) - to cause any injury to the person or reputation of any person;
Clause 543(1)(d) - to injure any person in the person’s trade or profession;
Clause 543(1)(f) - to effect any unlawful purpose; and
Clause 543(1)(g) - to effect any lawful purpose by any unlawful means
is guilty of a misdemeanor and is liable to imprisonment for 3 years.
Therefore, this applies to ALL the members of the two private groups that they utilise to organise attacks, coerce people, and incite hatred against the Dorante-Day family are guilty of conspiracy. As are, those people they have worked with through the Portsmouth News and the Daily Star (Reach PLC).
2. Criminal Defamation:
Chapter 35 of Part 5 of the Queensland Criminal Code 1899 defines Criminal Defamation. Under section 365(1) any person who, without lawful excuse, publishes matter defamatory of another living person (a) knowing the matter to be false or without having regard to whether the matter is true or false; and (b) intending to cause serious harm to the relevant person or any other person or without having regard to whether serious harm to the relevant person or any other person is caused;
commits a misdemeanor, penalty 3 years imprisonment.
3. Unlawful Stalking:
Section 359B of Chapter 33A of the Queensland Criminal Code defines unlawful stalking as (a) intentionally directed at a person; (b) engaged in on any 1 occasion; and (c) consisting of 1 or more acts of the following, or a similar, type.
Section 359B(c)(iii) - contacting a person in any way, including, for example, by telephone, mail, fax, email or through the use of any technology;
Section 359B(c)(v) - giving offensive material to a person, directly or indirectly; and
Section 359B(c)(vi) - an intimidating, harassing or threatening act against a person, whether or not involving violence or a threat of violence;
Section 359B(d)(ii) - that causes detriment, reasonably arising in all the circumstances, to the stalked person or another person.
is under Section 359E(2) - guilty of a crime, penalty 5 years imprisonment.
4. Adoption Breaches
Adoption breaches under the Adoption Act 2009 (Qld) are outlined in the previously published image:
Offence under Australian Federal Law
A person commits an offence if they use a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, according to the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). A carriage service is defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) as, "a service for carrying communications by means for guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy", pursuant to section 7 of the Act.
In simple terms, this could be taken to refer to social media communications, emails, text messages and calls.
