Mr. Kepa refers to my wife Dr. Elvianna as a "deranged lunatic" when he's hardly qualified to make such a statement. He's also very good at making threats towards people using his "friends" and influence in Canberra. Ummm, then I'm quite within my rights to perceive you and your associates as a threat.
Well, Mr Kepa you are NOT Seaman Dan's daughter, nor are you his son, nor do you have any officially capacity to state what you have publicly!
How did you think your threats and defamation will be viewed? He who casts the first stone - it was YOU Will Kepa.
Elvianna's Dad (Seaman Dan) knew about his Facebook group, he approved of it and asked Dr. Elvianna to continue to maintain it because the fans loved the page.
He loved reading the messages and comments from his followers. Moreover, I know for a fact (and it's on the record) that Seaman Dan, my father-in-law, contacted the Queensland Police on Thursday Island as a cry for help, and to see "what rights he had", before he was forcibly re-located to Cairns. I also, know he objected strongly to being moved and who are responsible for these actions.
Mr. Kepa we could not help but see your attacks on both the Torres Strait Islander News & Media issues, here, but also the fact that you are conspiring with others to attack us personally and our business pages - which you have no right to do. These are your actions, you are responsible for them and accountable for them, just like I am. You are now inciting others to attack us, true to your threats above.
What do you really know about my wife myself and my family? When I was shoveling the dirt upon Seaman Dan's coffin at his funeral on TI I didn't see you there! But you quick for profit through name from your association with my late father-in-law. You not Dan family! Where you get off? Nor do you come for the Savage family?
All you were asked after your defamatory post on the Seaman Dan Appreciation Group was were you the one who kicked Seaman Dan out from his unit on Horn Island or were you a part of that? If you weren't then you had the opportunity to say so! Instead, you chose the illegal path to defame, insult and harass (menace) - Ummm well I guess that answers the question. Now you're Bullying AGAIN.
Mr. Kepa claims to be able to read however, the bottom of page 52 of Steady Steady: The Life and Music of Seaman Dan (2013) Aboriginal Studies Press (Along with Elvianna's birth certificate) states otherwise and demonstrates what my father-in-law thought - his daughters name is Elvianna - Not Elvira, Elivianna, or any other connotation you feel you can disrespectfully use.
People seem to think they can't be held accountable for their actions(s) on Facebook - you included - so read the following Queensland Criminal Law and educate yourself!

Criminal Action under Queensland Law
1. Conspiracy:
Chapter 56 of Part 7 of the Queensland Criminal Code 1899 defines Conspiracy. Under section 543(1) any person who conspires with another to affect any of the purposes following, including:
Clause 543(1)(b) - to cause any injury to the person or reputation of any person;
Clause 543(1)(d) - to injure any person in the person’s trade or profession;
Clause 543(1)(f) - to effect any unlawful purpose; and
Clause 543(1)(g) - to effect any lawful purpose by any unlawful means
is guilty of a misdemeanor and is liable to imprisonment for 3 years.
Therefore, this applies to ALL people who conspire with Mr. Kepa to attack us for his own violations.
2. Criminal Defamation:
Chapter 35 of Part 5 of the Queensland Criminal Code 1899 defines Criminal Defamation. Under section 365(1) any person who, without lawful excuse, publishes matter defamatory of another living person (a) knowing the matter to be false or without having regard to whether the matter is true or false; and (b) intending to cause serious harm to the relevant person or any other person or without having regard to whether serious harm to the relevant person or any other person is caused;
commits a misdemeanor, penalty 3 years imprisonment.
3. Unlawful Stalking:
Section 359B of Chapter 33A of the Queensland Criminal Code defines unlawful stalking as (a) intentionally directed at a person; (b) engaged in on any 1 occasion; and (c) consisting of 1 or more acts of the following, or a similar, type.
Section 359B(c)(iii) - contacting a person in any way, including, for example, by telephone, mail, fax, email or through the use of any technology;
Section 359B(c)(v) - giving offensive material to a person, directly or indirectly; and
Section 359B(c)(vi) - an intimidating, harassing or threatening act against a person, whether or not involving violence or a threat of violence;
Section 359B(d)(ii) - that causes detriment, reasonably arising in all the circumstances, to the stalked person or another person.
is under Section 359E(2) - guilty of a crime, penalty 5 years imprisonment.
4. Attacking a Business:
Additionally, Section 346 states that - Any person who assaults another with intent to hinder or prevent the other person from working at or exercising the other person’s lawful trade, business, or occupation, or from buying, selling, or otherwise commits a crime.
Offence under Australian Federal Law
A person commits an offence if they use a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, according to the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). A carriage service is defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) as, "a service for carrying communications by means for guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy", pursuant to section 7 of the Act.
In simple terms, this could be taken to refer to social media communications, emails, text messages and calls.
