Post Trial Response
No doubt many of you have read the media response to the trial and what was presented. As Justice Mullins stated there are "comprehensive" submissions and legal written argument, particularly from the applicant, that were submitted and will be considered before her honor reaches her decision. So obviously, I'm fairly limited in what I can say. However, it has raised some Public questions particularly, why I was on the Phone to Buckingham palace at 4 am.
Well firstly, the time difference, secondly because I was talking to Detective Inspector David Smith from SO14 of the Royal protection squad and the Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Unit. The attached image is a snip of my personal Case plan from November 2017 before I filed in the Family Court of Australia, previously unseen.
This outlines some of the events that have occurred both in the UK and Australia and submitted before the Court - not just photos!
