High Court Judgment - 25th February 2020
In regards to my High Court special leave application, matters B66/B67/B68 of 2019, Justice Bell of the High Court handed down her judgment on the 25th February 2020. 
According to the document, and what I am informed, this decision was published the day it was handed down but having searched, and despite asking the Registry, it still isn’t published anywhere I can see - so the link is provided below.
I was not informed nor notified that a decision was going to be made let alone handed down and published. I only found out because I emailed the Registry on Friday the 17th April to inquire about the progress of my application.
This refusal leaves me with several alternative actions but I will be primarily pursuing a number of issues through an application under the Optional Protocol of the ICCPR against two member states Australia and the United Kingdom.
